International shipping to Europe, USA and Canada 6.000 ISK.

After receiving your order, it will take us 1-3 business days to ship your order. Once we have shipped it out, we’ll send you an email notification of your order status. Normally, delivery takes between 2-5 working days inside Iceland and 7-10 working days outside Iceland. Longer time of delivery may be expected during special holidays due to pressure. You may click the link in the email to track your shipment. PRAKT jewellery will not be held responsible for any delay or failure from Iceland Post.

We do not ship to countries outside Europe, the USA and Canada.

You can return the jewellery within 30 days, from the day that you have received the products. We accept the return of unused or faulty items. The jewelleries should always be returned in their original packaging with the original invoice. Please label your return shipment as a return of goods for customs. If you return a jewellery the money will be refund to the credit card that was used to place the order. We are not able to refund customs and VAT for orders sent to destinations outside Iceland. You are also responsible for paying the return shipping costs to Iceland.

We can only return jewellery bought online in our webshop. If you have jewellery from another retailer, please contact the retailer for exchange, return or claims.
